College Football Week 12 Loser: James Madison

It’s been a tough week for James Madison. First, the Dukes were denied the ability to play in a bowl game by the NCAA which isn’t at all surprising.

The NCAA never seems to do the right thing by athletes, and James Madison felt that this week as the Dukes were looking at an undefeated season, and maybe even a chance at a New Year’s Six Bowl game.

Of course, the NCAA probably got what it wanted this week as James Madison lost a game against Appalachian State, on the same weekend that College Gameday was in attendance.

It was brutal and it leaves the Dukes as one of the biggest losers during Week 12 of the college football season. Still, their introduction to the FBS has been spectacular, but the NCAA really needs to loosen up some of these rules that are only hurting players.
