1. James Franklin, Penn State

While it may seem like a stretch that Penn State could move on from James Franklin, the fact of the matter is this: Penn State hasn’t beaten Michigan since the Covid season in 2020, and hasn’t beaten Ohio State since 2016.

The Nittany Lions are currently sitting with a 9-2 record on the year, but only one of those victories has come over a team ranked in the Top 25.

A 31-0 victory over Iowa back in September.

Franklin is currently sitting on an 87-38 career record at Penn State, but if he doesn’t start winning some of these big games against top opponents, the large Nittany Lion fanbase is going to be screaming loudly for a change in leadership.
