DJ Uiagalelei: Florida State

DJ Uiagalelei was once at Clemson but transferred to Oregon State last season. After his head coach left for Michigan State, Uiagalelei is back as one of the top transfer portal quarterbacks available this cycle.

Pete Thamel of ESPN reported that Florida State and Louisville were the top contenders. Louisville had landed another quarterback, which should make the Noles a favorite. Mississippi State is also a contender, but Florida State is a bigger brand, plus Uiagalelei knows the ACC.

Surrounded by all the talent at Florida State, it seems like he could thrive and get some revenge on Clemson in the process.

Riley Leonard: Notre Dame

This move has been forecasted since the second Leonard entered the portal. Other programs are still pushing for his commitment, but Leonard is visiting South Bend this weekend, which should allow Notre Dame to lock up a top transfer portal quarterback for the second year in a row.
