The transfer portal is open, and it is always moving. Today we will talk about the best players out of the ACC who entered the transfer portal. I know teams like SMU, Stanford, and Cal joined the conference, but it will be based on the 2023 season.

Boston College:

Starting with the Eagles, Boston College has not really lost a very key player, but they have lost players that could be good in the future. This one is between Pat Garwo II and Shitta Sillah.

I will be going with Shitta Sillah in this one. Sillah is in his fifth year with the Eagles. The defensive end out of Somerset, New Jersey, recorded 80 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, four pass deflections, and one interception during his time in Chestnut Hill.

Since entering the portal, Sillah has had offers from Texas State, UMass, Temple, James Madison, Old Dominion, Memphis Appalachian State, and Purdue. I would have normally thought he would have ended up at Rutgers because he is from New Jersey, but we will see.

Clemson:

Clemson has a bunch of talent every single year, so it is not a surprise they have a few good players enter the transfer window every season. It will be another split decision between Beaux Collins and Andrew Mukuba.

Beaux Collins is the decision here. Collins was the second-leading receiver with 510 yards on 38 receptions and three receiving touchdowns. Collins is out of Los Angeles, California. During his time at Clemson, Collins had 91 receptions for 1,290 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Collins will end up at Notre Dame, as he was reported to have scheduled an official visit with the Fighting Irish. He has committed to Notre Dame.
