Folks, Georgia football is doing that thing again.

What am I talking about? The thing where the Bulldogs land every top recruit in a cycle and load up on blue-chip talent, making it nearly impossible for the rest of college football to catch up.

On paper, Georgia has the most talented roster in the country and that's probably going to continue for as long as Kirby Smart is in charge. The Bulldogs constantly land top recruiting classes and they had the No. 1 class in 2024 and it's looking like 2025 is going to be more of the same.

On Wednesday, Steve Wiltfong put in a crystal ball for Georgia to land the No. 1 defensive lineman in the nation, Elijah Griffin. This is a huge prediction because Wiltfong is arguably the most plugged-in guy in the business.

Griffin now has two crystal balls to land at Georgia which wouldn't be a huge surprise given the fact that he's from Savannah, Ga. Also, which elite defensive linemen in the high school ranks don't want to play for the Bulldogs. It seems like every single year Georgia is putting a handful of defenders into the NFL. Georgia is an NFL factory for defenders.

And it probably wouldn't take much for Griffin to make it to the league as he already has the frame (6-foot-5, 285 pounds) and essentially every major program wants him.

Griffin is ranked the No. 3 overall recruit in the 2025 class and No. 1 defensive lineman. Georgia's biggest competition here may be South Carolina, but it's starting to feel like this one's over.
