1. Lane Kiffin is building something really special

As if it wasn't already obvious, Lane Kiffin is building something really special in Oxford and he has been the savior for a program that looked dead in the water after Matt Luke.

Kiffin has come in and turned Ole Miss around completely. This is a program that looks like it's going to be playing in a New Year's Six bowl or the playoff each season. Heck, the Rebels were a win away from making a true playoff push this season and they're going to finish the season ranked in the top 10. This is now Kiffin's second double-digit win season at Ole Miss which just didn't happen before him.

If Ole Miss returns some of these key players and plays this well next year, it will be in the playoff and a team like this could make some serious noise in a 12-team field.

As long as Kiffin stays in Oxford and just treats the offseason coaching carousel rumors with humor instead of pursuing them, he'll be leading Ole Miss to their first playoff soon.
