Dan Lanning has done miraculous things with the Oregon Ducks program and its transfer quarterbacks.

If Manning were to transfer to Eugene, he could follow in the footsteps of Bo Nix and Dillon Gabriel who both transferred to the program after years of college ball elsewhere.

Only one quarterback would stand in Manning's way, Dante Moore who transferred to play with the Ducks from UCLA.
