1. Jedd Fisch, Arizona head coach

My top option for Washington would have to be the hottest coach in the Pac-12 right now (obviously not named Kalen DeBoer). Jedd Fisch's stock has skyrocketed over the past couple of years after turning around a dead-in-the-water Arizona program. He has had a ton of success in the desert and it'd be fun to see him stay out west but join the Big Ten and continue to rise in the coaching ranks.

Fisch has gone from assistant coach at Michigan to assistant at UCLA before becoming an interim head coach and then heading to the NFL. He's been back in college for the past few years, turning Arizona from a 1-11 team into a 10-3 team in just three seasons. Not too shabby.

Just imagine what kind of damage Fisch could do with an already-formed roster that competed for a national title this year and won the Pac-12 over a strong Oregon team. It'd be scary.

I think Fisch is a good fit with his West Coast recruiting mindset and his ability to win against the same teams that Washington had played last season. He's a veteran head coach who is still rpetty young at 47 years old and the Huskies should jump at this opportunity.

I'm just not sure that Fisch would leave Arizona.
