See the Michigan game. Ohio State and Georgia are going to have plenty of similarities. But the Bulldogs aren't a team that you can push around. They'll be motivated and Carson Beck is going to be the difference. The lack of an elite quarterback will doom the Buckeyes and Wolverines in the postseason.
Prediction: Georgia
Cotton Bowl: No. 2 Oregon vs. No. 6 Texas
Texas fans don't like Dillon Gabriel and would probably relish the chance to face him in the College Football Playoff. Yet, Gabriel will give the Longhorns another reason to hate him as he wins another huge game in the state of Texas over the Horns, although Dan Lanning's defense and the running game certainly do their part.
Prediction: Oregon
College Football Playoff National Championship: No. 1 Georgia vs. No. 2 Oregon

The former Georgia assistant Dan Lanning would square off against his former mentor Kirby Smart. But like the first time Saban took on Smart in the College Football Playoff, Smart will get the best of his pupil. Georgia will make it three national championships in four seasons. That's my prediction in January 2024 at least.
