Wisconsin Football: 5 Biggest Offseason Transfer Portal Additions

William & Mary Pass-Rusher John Pius
William & Mary EDGE rusher John Pius might be the biggest wild card of the group, given he played in the FCS. Still, his numbers were ridiculous, which is why he was a multiple-time FCS All-American. So, I think the athleticism should translate regardless.
In 38 career games, Pius recorded 171 tackles, 133 pressures, 40.5 tackles for loss, 24.5 sacks, three pass deflections, and two fumble recoveries. Pro Football Focus gave Pius an elite pass-rushing grade of 90.8 this past season.
Wisconsin football had a lackluster pass rush in Luke Fickell's first season, and Pius is someone this staff thinks can change the entire dynamic of this defense. The Badgers needed someone with his bend and burst off the edge in a significant way — consider that need addressed.
