Saturday Blitz Pac 12 Power Rankings Week 2

8. Washington (2-0)  DOWN 2

A tale of two games for the Huskies. UW played phenomenal defense but struggled to score without Cyler Miles in week 1 at Hawai’i. In Miles’ return on Saturday, the Dawgs scored 59 points against Eastern Washington, but needed every one of them too eek out a win.

It should be noted, The Eagles are an FCS powerhouse who beat a top 25 ranked Oregon State last year. On the other hand, allowing 52 points is concerning, no matter who you played. The Huskies will face better skill players with elite schemes all season in the Pac-12.

If Saturday is a preview of UW’s defense, it could be a long season in Seattle.
