Cardale Jones will not stop in his all-out assault on Joakim Noah.

Joakim Noah is public enemy No. 1 in Cleveland and Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones felt the scorn from the Chicago Bulls center in Game 2 after some light-hearted trash talk from Noah.

Noah mouthed, “you ain’t in the SEC” toward Jones who was addressing the crowd, and I suppose that was supposed to be an insult at the quarterback who slayed Alabama, the champions from the SEC in the College Football Playoff semifinal.

When the Buckeyes quarterback heard about Noah’s words he took to Twitter to express himself.

Jones was a man of his word as he watched Game 3 unfold on his television set. After LeBron James dunked on Noah and the two got heated and received technical fouls, Jones sent out another tweet criticizing the game from Noah.

Well, he is a man of his word and now I hope this series goes a full seven games and Noah is a big factor in the remaining games in this competitive series just to see what Jones is going to tweet out. He’s really stepped up his Twitter game in recent months since he’s become the darling of college football. Such a far cry from the immature kid who tweeted he wasn’t at Ohio State to play school.

Whether it was him tweeting he was transferring to Akron in an elaborate “May Fools” joke or saying he beat a kid in the hospital by more points than the media reported, Jones is a social media star just as he is on the field.

But his beef with Noah may be all a giant misunderstanding because The Chicago Tribune reported a Cleveland radio reporter erroneously tweeted Noah’s remarks that set off Jones.

Noah who says he likes Urban Meyer, who was the coach at Florida when Noah won two national titles for the basketball team and now coaches Jones at Ohio State, and said, “I wish him nothing but the best.”
