On Monday, Michigan’s athletic department tweeted another in its recent series of short videos. This one, 17 seconds long, places its focus on Michigan football’s history and tradition.

The phrase, “who’s got it better than us?” has followed Harbaugh around his entire life and the motto originated from his father Jack Harbaugh and his friend and cousin Mike Gottfried from when they were growing up in Crestline, OH. in the 1950s.
Michigan’s media relations department has certainly left no stone unturned when it comes to building buzz about Team 136 and their new head coach. Fans can be pumped up about the hype surrounding the Wolverines, but time will tell whether the product on the field will be able to match up with the fervor and skill that the school’s athletic department has recently put on display.
After the recent struggles and mediocrity, a condition that Michigan has not been accustomed to, will coach Harbaugh and his new-look Wolverines deliver on the excitement?
