LSU WR Travin Dural scores crazy TD on deflected pass (Video)

Sometimes you’d rather be lucky than good. Brandon Harris was a little lucky on this touchdown pass, but it all counts the same on the stat sheet.

Everyone knows all about LSU Tigers running back Leonard Fournette and his assault on the record books this season, but if LSU is going to contend for a national title they need better play from quarterback Brandon Harris.

More from LSU Tigers

The much-maligned sophomore quarterback for the Tigers turned in his best game of his short career today against South Carolina with a career day that is only getting better after he got a lucky tip on this touchdown to Travin Dural.

Harris tried to throw a pass to DeSean Smith, but Smith’s deflection served as the assist to fall into the waiting arms of Dural who finished off the play by springing into the end zone to give LSU a 24-0 lead in the third quarter.

I wasn’t how they drew up the play, but it still counts as seven points as the Tigers look to remain undefeated for next week’s SEC crossover game with the Florida Gators who could be unbeaten as well if they beat Missouri today.
