Spring practices are getting underway and plenty of storylines and questions face the Big Ten football teams, including whether the Ohio State buckeyes are rebuilding or reloading.

The biggest spring practice storyline about Big Ten football teams this year had nothing do with the actual football, but rather the timing of the practices and where they took place.

Jim Harbaugh caused a stir among SEC and ACC commissioners for holding practices at IMG Academy in Florida during Michigan’s spring break. It was a massive hit for players but drew the ire of rival coaches and fans because they didn’t think of it first.
