Northwestern State vs Baylor live stream: Watch Demons vs Bears online
Here’s how you can watch the week one Northwestern State vs Baylor live stream online.
Usually, when a highly ranked FBS team faces off against an FCS opponent, it’s one that is contending for national titles at its respective level. However, No. 23 Baylor will face off against a middle-of-the-pack Northwestern State team that finished the 2015 campaign with just a 4-7 record.
The Bears aren’t exactly in the best position right now, either. Baylor had a shaky offseason of firing head coach Art Briles after it was revealed he covered up crimes which his players committed. Now that the Bears are moving forward without their head coach, it’ll be interesting to see if the offense operates the same way.
Returning are Shock Linwood in the backfield and a healthy Seth Russell at quarterback. Baylor had major quarterback issues a season ago after it seemed like no one could remain healthy. Now that they’re back with a fresh outlook on the 2016 season, the Bears might play more at ease.

Northwestern State, however, returns three of its top four rushers from a season ago, including De’Mard Llorens who finished with a team-high 820 yards and 11 touchdowns. Starting quarterback Stephen Rivers is gone, but the Demons weren’t necessarily a pass-heavy team, averaging just 202 yards per game through the air.
