Colorado Releases Fake Depth Chart for Game vs. Michigan
By Tyler Brooke
Heading into Saturday’s game against the Michigan Wolverines, the Colorado Buffaloes released a fake depth chart with some pretty fantastic names.
The Colorado Buffaloes have arguably their toughest test of the season on Saturday when they take on the Michigan Wolverines. However, just because they’re probably going to lose doesn’t mean that they can’t have some fun heading into Saturday.
If you don’t know by now, Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines don’t release depth charts heading into their games. A lot of teams usually do, but Michigan likes to keep an element of surprise with who will be playing.
Since Michigan isn’t dropping a depth chart, the Buffaloes decided to drop a fake one heading into Saturday’s game. The depth chart is complete with all kinds of fictional characters, and some of them are pretty hilarious. You can check out the entire fictional depth chart courtesy of Kevin Kugler’s Twitter account below.
Some of these depth chart positions are pure gold. Eric Cartman and Fat Albert are playing left tackle, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is playing the wrong sport for a center and The Dude aka Big Lebowski is playing roamer. Oh, and let’s not forget Happy Gilmore and Roy McAvoy as the punters.

You have to respect this level of trolling from Colorado to take a shot at the Wolverines. Meanwhile the Buffaloes are looking strong after two straight blowout wins to start the season, but Michigan is going to be the ultimate test to determine whether or not this team is for real.
If Colorado wins, it’s too bad we can’t thank guys like Danny DeVito and James Bond for the W.
