Texas A&M Aggies (No. 17 to No. 10)

The Texas A&M Aggies jumped seven spots in this week’s AP Poll and are now a top 10 team.

The Aggies are enjoying a nice 3-0 start after defeating Auburn 29-16 to open their Southeastern Conference schedule. The Aggies made plays when they needed to to win their first SEC game on the road.

Texas A&M quarterback Trevor Knight had 247 passing yards and a passing touchdown. Running back Trayveon Williams broke for an 89 yard rushing touchdown to seal the victory for the Aggies in the fourth quarter.

The defense sacked the Auburn Tigers three times and forced a fumble as well. The Aggies held the Tigers to just 163 passing yards through the air.

Whats Next?

The Aggies play 17th ranked Arkansas in Week 4 as SEC play gets under way. Arkansas has lost the last four meetings to Texas A&M.
