Auburn Tigers

O what miracles can do for a season. It took referee involvement to give Auburn its win over LSU and see Les Miles fired. Now it appears like Auburn is back on track.

SEC football fans know that Auburn can always turn great in a hurry. While the Tigers have been down a few seasons, they always recruit like an elite team. When you combine momentum with talent, you can build something very special. Auburn just won a division game by scoring 38 points while only throwing the ball 18 times. Look out SEC football fans, Auburn could make some noise in the SEC West.

Impact Moving Forward

Huge momentum burst

Auburn has now won three in a row after starting the season 1-2. Before the LSU game, Gus Malzahn sat on one of the hottest seats in the country. Fans are beginning to support him again, though, and the Tigers have the talent to be relevant in the SEC West title race. I don’t think they have a shot at winning it, but they could provide a loss for one of the contenders. While Auburn fans certainly want more, that is more than we were expecting three weeks ago.
