DeShone Kizer. 3. player. 57. . QB. Notre Dame

DeShone Kizer struggled this week against the Stanford Cardinal, but he’s still the second best quarterback in this year’s draft class.

He’s third in this week’s mock draft, heading to the Chicago Bears. The Bears have the weapons in receivers Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal but even from the start, they’ve struggled to get them the ball.

The Bears are 1-5, quarterback Jay Cutler is nursing a right thumb injury and it looks like change is needed in the Windy City.

Despite ranking 4th in passing yards per game (284.2) and 7th in total yards per game (375.2), the Bears score just 16.8 points per contest, ranked 31st.

Kizer can change all of that. He’s scored 21 total touchdowns through seven games for the Fighting Irish so far this season. He has 1,775 passing yards to go with 285 rushing yards on the season as well.

His offensive ability is definitely of need in Chicago, if he’s available for them still remains a question, however.
