5. Kenny Hill is TCU’s biggest question mark

As a Texas A&M fan, I am painfully aware of the up and downs that come from having Kenny Hill under center. While he may be a talented player, his consistency will be the biggest question mark for TCU this season.

He was 21-for-31 for 166 yards and an interception on Saturday, but the numbers don’t tell the full story. He forced many throws and as a result turned the ball over, whether it be by fumble or by interception. When Kenny is on point, TCU is unstoppable. However, when he struggles, no amount of defensive play can help them. They got just enough offense on Saturday, but will that be enough to carry them throughout the season? Only time will tell.

However, it is not just Kenny’s job to make the offense work. He will need his entire offense to work together to continue their success as they make their way through the season. They were able to beat out Arkansas physicality with speed, but that may not be enough.

Long story short, Kenny Hill’s play at quarterback will be the determining factor for TCU as to how successful they are for the season as a whole.
