Here’s how to stream college football’s premier pregame show, College GameDay, as they broadcast live from Louisville for Clemson vs. Louisville.
After last week’s blowout win for Oklahoma at Ohio State, College GameDay heads across the Ohio River to Kentucky for a top-15 matchup in the ACC. The most electrifying offensive player in the country takes on one of the nation’s best defenses.
This is GameDay’s second straight season featuring Clemson facing off against Louisville. Last season, the pair played in Clemson as top five teams. Lee Corso picked the Tigers and was rewarded. Clemson held on with the Cardinals driving for the potential go-ahead score to win 42-36.
This is Louisville’s second time hosting College GameDay in as many seasons. The show’s first trip to showcase a game played in Papa John’s Stadium was last season when Florida State came to town. Corso picked the upstart Cardinals against No. 2 Florida State. It turned out that night was Lamar Jackson’s coming out party as he hammered the Seminoles 63-20 and laid down the foundation for his Heisman campaign.
Of the four times Louisville has been featured on College GameDay, only one happened prior to last season. Louisville beat Florida in the 2013 Sugar Bowl after Corso picked against them.
Clemson’s runs to the College Football Playoff Championship Game the last two seasons has meant they have been a frequent feature on College GameDay. The Tigers have been a part of the headlining game six times in the last two years. In total, they have hosted the show seven times and Saturday will be their 15th appearance.
Corso is 2-1 on the season with his headgear selections. He went 2-0 in the first week of the season but got his first loss when he put on the Brutus Buckeye head for the second time.
