After a rough start to the season, Texas A&M finds itself reeling in Week 3. A loss to UCLA and a close call against FCS Nicholls State have raised questions about whether Kevin Sumlin still has a hold on this team. The actions of one of his benchwarmers just add more fuel to the fire about whether the head coach should be on his way out of College Station.
The Aggies are down 21-14 to Sun Belt visitors Louisiana-Lafayette at halftime. It was a rough first half, and there was little love from the fans at Kyle Field for their Aggies. Freshman receiver Will Gunnell didn’t take the criticism kindly as he headed to the locker room at halftime.
While Gunnell is a bit player who has yet to see action this season. He probably will not see the field this year after flipping middle fingers at the camera heading off the field. It is unclear whether he was directing the double bird at the television camera or a particular fan in the stands. Either way, it is hardly a good look for a team already in turmoil.

Down by a touchdown at the half to a Sun Belt squad, Texas A&M will need to make some serious adjustments. Perhaps they could go full heel turn and throw Gunnell into the game. The recruit out of St. Pius X in Houston certainly has demonstrated passion, if not necessarily the best of judgment.
