1. Another sellout crowd (90,000 strong)

The Huskers have been tremendous at home under the lights. Nebraska is 46-5 overall in night games at Memorial Stadium and have won 20 straight.

Not to mention the crowd will be juiced as the 1997 National Championship team will be honored during the game. Pair that with the Huskers looking for revenge of last season’s 24-17 overtime loss in Madison, and the sellout crowd has more than enough reasons to bring the noise.

I expect the atmosphere to rival the 2014 night game against Miami (Fla.). That night, the 1994 National Championship team was honored and the crowd was electric. The student section is planning a “black-out” where students are being asked to wear black in support of the Blackshirts defense.

Huskers fans desperately want a win over Wisconsin, and Mike Riley knows this is a huge game in his coaching tenure in Lincoln.

Saturday will mark the 361st consecutive sellout of Memorial Stadium — an ongoing NCAA record.
