1. Oregon State won’t reach the end zone

In five games this season, Oregon State has broken 30 points just one time (Portland State), 20 points two other times (Colorado State, Washington State) and they were also held under 10 points by Washington last week. The Beavers aren’t known for having a strong offense, and it’s showed this season.

The Beavers have one of the worst offenses in college football, averaging just over 320 yards per game. They also average just 21.2 points per game which is good for 112th in the nation. That’s not a recipe for success in a big road game against USC.

The Trojans haven’t exactly had the best season defensively. They have underperformed and have yet to hold a team to under 20 points. However, that will change on Saturday afternoon as they will smother the Beavers and hold them to just nine points on three field goals. That’s right, no touchdowns for Oregon State.

If that’s the case, which I’m predicting it is, that means that Oregon State will have scored a total of five touchdowns over its past four games. There’s no wonder why this team is just 1-4 on the season and soon to be 1-5.
