Just a week after falling to Mississippi State, Texas A&M football welcomes Auburn to Kyle Field. Here is our preview of the match up.
Texas A&M is trying to figure it all out as they head into the final stretch of the season looking to avoid another November collapse. The Aggies were riding high after a close loss to Alabama and a win over Florida, but a loss to Mississippi State seemingly brought them crashing back down to Earth.
On the other side of the ball, Auburn still has an outside chance at making the playoff as they match up against both Georgia and Alabama down the stretch. It is possible that they may underestimate the Aggies on their way to those two critical games, but we will just have to wait and see. Here is how you can watch the match up.
Date: Saturday, Nov. 4
Time: 12:00 p.m. ET
Location: College Station, Tx
Venue: Kyle Field
TV: ESPN

Keys to Victory
For Auburn, a victory is as easy as continuing on the path they are on. Jarett Stidham will have to play one of his best games this season against a strong Aggie defense, evading pressure and making plays with his legs. The Auburn defense will have to keep Aggie quarterback Kellen Mond under constant pressure and keep his favorite targets covered. Take away the likes of Christian Kirk, Cam Buckley and Jhamon Ausbon and Kellen Mond has a problem.
For the Aggies, they will need to forget all about last week and start anew. They will need to focus on Auburn and how to throw Stidham and company off their game much like LSU did. The defensive line will have a tall task containing Kerryon Johnson at running back, who has been terrorizing SEC defenses left and right this season. If they can contain him, they may just have a chance to win at home on Saturday.
Prediction
While Texas A&M has the talent to match up with Auburn, it is hard to root against the Tigers. Since the Aggies joined the SEC in 2012, the road team has always won the Auburn vs Texas A&M match up. This year, A&M will host and history suggests that they will once again leave Kyle Field without a victory.
