3. Experienced quarterback play wins the day

Notre Dame quarterback Brandon Wimbush has been stellar so far this season, despite the loss to Miami a week ago. Currently, he has 12 passing touchdowns and 13 rushing touchdowns to his name. As the starting quarterback. Oh, and he has a Heisman hopeful in his backfield at running back. That is insane y’all. Look at this kid’s highlights.

On the flip side, Navy has Malcolm Perry at quarterback. Perry ran for 282 yards and four touchdowns a week ago against SMU. However, as impressive as that is, he didn’t complete a single pass. Now, I am not positive that Perry will once again line up under center for Navy, however if he does it will take more than a little running to beat the Irish.

Experienced quarterback play wins out here, as Wimbush has almost an entire season under his belt full of top competition he is likely to have the upper hand.
