College football is full of top running backs. However, Georgia has two of the best. As of the final seconds of Saturday’s match up with Georgia Tech, both are ranked in the top three of total rushing yards as Georgia Bulldogs.
They join one of the best to ever do it, Herschel Walker, on that list. It is no accident that both are on that list and it is no accident that Georgia is 11-1. Chubb and Michel are a huge part of the success that this team has enjoyed this season.
Each player finished with a touchdown to their name against the Yellow Jackets as well as over 50 yards. While neither eclipsed 100, both were huge contributors to the win over Georgia Tech. Both players will be high draft picks when their time comes and likely make some huge contributions on Sundays in the coming years.
