2. Quinton Flowers should be taken seriously for the NFL Draft

USF quarterback Quinton Flowers had a second half to remember as he lead his team to a Birmingham Bowl victory in the final seconds of play. He proved to all the doubters that he is one of the best dual threat quarterbacks in college football and as he heads into the NFL Draft this coming year, he should be taken seriously. He is not on anyone’s big board for the upcoming draft and that, in my opinion, is just criminal.

Flowers finished with four touchdowns and 311 yards. He never gave up on his team and it showed as, with fifteen seconds left, he found Tyre McCants in the end zone for the touchdown that would put the Bulls up for good. As the video above shows, Quinton Flowers was one of the greatest players in USF history. He was a wonderful representative for the university. Whatever NFL team ends up with him will be extremely lucky.
