One of the Group of Five programs that has struggled the most over the past five years has been Tulane. In fact, the Green Wave haven’t made a bowl game since 2013 and that drought might end in 2018, but the Buckeyes won’t be all that kind to the visitors from the American Athletic Conference.

Coming off a big ranked win in Arlington, Ohio State isn’t going to have much trouble disposing of the Green Wave in Columbus. Although Willie Fritz has improved the Green Wave in each of the two seasons he’s been in charge, he’s not going to have this team on the level to compete with the Buckeyes.

Jonathan Banks is back starting at quarterback, but gone is 1,000-yard rusher Dontrell Hilliard. That will spell major trouble for the senior quarterback and he will be relied upon too heavily by the rest of his offense. Ohio State’s aggressive defensive line and linebackers will get after him all game to the tune of six sacks while forcing two interceptions.

The Buckeyes will have a defensive touchdown an will also have no trouble scoring on the offensive side of the ball. Don’t be surprised to see an absolute obliteration in Columbus in Week 4.

Final Score: Tulane 6, Ohio State 52 (4-0)
