Coming off a bye week, the Gators will be welcomed in Jacksonville by a team that had its way with Florida a season ago. Georgia is a squad that no one wants to see on the opposite sideline, especially since the Bulldogs are recruiting at an Alabama-like level and winning at one, too.

Kirby Smart has led the Bulldogs back to SEC relevancy and they’re going to be more than ready to take on an up-and-down Florida team in the final week of October.

The Bulldogs will have one of the easier SEC schedules to deal with and there’s a good chance they’ll be undefeated heading into this one. Jake Fromm will be playing at a high level and utilizing his elite receivers, such as newcomer Demetris Robertson who was just cleared to play after transferring from California this offseason.

It won’t just be the passing attack that hurts the Gators, though. Georgia’s run game is as strong as any in college football despite losing Sony Michel and Nick Chubb. D’Andre Swift and Elijah Holyfield are taking over and they’re the future in the backfield.

Georgia won’t have too much trouble with the Gators, showing Dan Mullen he still has plenty of work to do to contend in the SEC East.

Final Score: Florida 13, Georgia 38 (5-3, 3-3 SEC)
