Missouri will be an interesting team in 2018. Barry Odom led the Tigers back to a bowl game after going just 4-8 in his first season as head coach and he brings back star quarterback Drew Lock who passed for nearly 4,000 yards and 44 touchdowns. That could be a recipe for continued success in Columbia, but traveling to The Swamp is something that no SEC team wants to do.

Florida will be hungry for a win here which would give the Gators a bowl berth — a refreshing sight after a nightmarish 4-7 season in 2017.

Playing well, for the most part, to this point in the season, Feleipe Franks will have a breakout day against the Tigers’ lackluster secondary which ranked dead-last in the SEC a season ago and 107th nationally. He’ll go off for over 300 yards, keeping pace with Lock who will go for just over 250.

This could be another confidence-booster for the Gators’ offense as Missouri’s defense hasn’t had much of a pulse in recent years and that could very well continue in 2018.

A couple of key turnovers will be the difference as Florida will lock up the home win and get back to the postseason.

Final Score: Missouri 24, Florida 34 (6-3, 4-3 SEC)
