1. All eyes will be on the Aggie secondary in this one.

As good as the defensive line has been in shutting down the run, the secondary has been a liability for Texas A&M. They aren’t horrible by any means and certainly not as horrid as Ole Miss’ has been through the first half of the season, but they have struggled. Everyone has faith in the line, but the secondary? That’s pretty sketchy for me and just about every other Aggie fan.

This should be a win for the Aggies as the Gamecocks lost to Kentucky who Texas A&M beat in overtime a week ago. Benny Snell went off in that game and I fully expect Trayveon Williams to be able to do the same. However, if Williams’ defense can’t help him out, we could have a problem on our hands in Gamecock country.

There are a few bright spots in the secondary that have made a few good plays, but not enough to really make an impact on the game as a whole. This week, guys like Donovan Wilson, Tyrel Dodson, Derrick Tucker, Charles Oliver and Otaro Alaka really have to step their game up. Also, if Wilson could avoid getting ejected for targeting in this one- that would be pretty great for the team too.
