2. Will Grier will have his Heisman moment

As previously stated, Charlie Brewer and Will Grier are going to have a quarterback duel of epic proportions. I have Brewer hitting over 300 yards through the air, but I’ll say it’s closer to 350 while Grier will have a Heisman-like performance with his defense doing him no favors.

Every Heisman winner has one of those games — at least one — where he takes over and puts the team on his back. They call this the Heisman moment, and he’ll have just that on Thursday night with the entire nation watching. Baylor will be putting pressure on with score after score and Grier will respond to each and every one with a touchdown of his own.

Grier, coming off a bye, is fresh off his worst performance of the season, passing for 100 yards and rushing 10 times for -33 yards. He’s going to put that right behind him and pass for over 400 yards and throw five touchdown passes.

Grier will surpass the 2,000-yard mark on the season and he’ll be approaching that 30-touchdown mark. He’s still having a great season despite the poor performance against Iowa State and he can get his Heisman campaign back on track.

We are going to see a heroic effort from Grier.
