2. The wheels finally fall off the “Gus Bus” on the Plains.

Auburn has had a less than a successful season so far and fans are not at all happy with the recent developments. When you are coming off a SEC West championship season and open the season with a top-10 victory over Washington, you start to expect that your team will be fighting for a spot in the playoff. Now, they are fighting to get past a loss to the likes of Tennessee.

Auburn does have two other losses on the season, to Mississippi State and LSU. However, neither of those is anywhere near as embarrassing as falling to Tennessee. Now. this team needs a strong home victory in the worst kind of way and Texas A&M is looking to be the victim of such a plan. That won’t go according to plan for the Tigers though, that much I can promise you.

Fans and alum are already calling for Gus Malzahn to be fired. They were calling for it last season when their team was playing for an SEC title and they have only gotten louder as this season has gone through its highs and lows. My bold prediction? This game does not go as the Tigers want it to and as a result, the plans will be put into motion to finally push Malzahn out off Auburn, Alabama.

The wheels are falling off the Gus Bus ladies and gentlemen.
