4. Kyle Field once again becomes a tough place to play.

Making the trip to College Station was once a big deal for opposing teams. The crowd was loud and passionate, the team played extra hard in front of a home crowd, overall things just seemed to work out better when the Maroon and White played at Kyle Field. However, all that seemed to change when Kevin Sumlin took over the program.

It seemed that while Sumlin was able to put together some strong showings on the road he could not defend his home turf from the likes of the SEC. Was it a lack of player effort on the home field? Was it a lack of push from the coaching staff? Were the fans just not providing the necessary energy to power up the team to victory? Who knows, but Sumlin and company just could not make Kyle Field the feared place it once was.

Enter Jimbo Fisher, the man who took over the Texas A&M program for a cool $75 Million dollars. He has already made some massive changes in College Station for sure and it has shown on the field. However, the biggest change so far has been the performance on home turf. This team is 3-1 at Kyle Field although the loss to Clemson still stings.

My bold prediction? The fact that after Auburn, the rest of the schedule is played at home will be a big deal for the Aggies. The sheer amount of noise and excitement could even help the team win some big-time matchups.
