1. The Streak Breaker vs. UCF

LSU was picked by the Fiesta Bowl to take on the UCF Golden Knights, who were now playing without starting quarterback McKenzie Milton who suffered a gruesome leg injury in the last game of the regular season. UCF was looking down the barrel of two straight undefeated seasons. To say that the game was a bit of a challenge in the making would be an understatement. However, LSU did not let the challenge ahead of them deter them from a strong effort and a never-ending fight to the last minute.

It did come down to the wire as the Golden Knights of UCF fought back tooth and nail to everything that the Tigers were able to put together. The majority of this victory though can be attested to the gritty play of junior quarterback Joe Burrow. He was absolutely blindsided early in the game, but returned to hit 21 of 34 of passes, including two touchdowns to Justin Jefferson.

The Tigers are the 2019 Fiesta Bowl Champions, ending the UCF bid at a second self-proclaimed National Championship. What a way to end an overall exciting and successful season for LSU.
