The 2019 Oklahoma State football recruiting class caught a wave of momentum in its final two months over the course of the Early Signing Period and National Signing Day. This 2019 signing class for Oklahoma State football ranks at No. 37 in the nation according to the 247Sports Team Composite Rankings. This Oklahoma State football recruiting class also ranked as the fifth best in the Big 12.

For Oklahoma State football, this 2019 recruiting class was about filling some positional gaps that are opening up from key departures in the trenches. Oklahoma State football did a nice job replacing departing talent set for the next two years along the offensive line, but could’ve added more for the other side of the ball.

The biggest point of turnover for any position group this off-season for the Oklahoma State football program is set for the defensive line and linebacking corps. The Pokes are going to lose most of the starters along the defensive line and at linebacker. That includes defensive end Jordan Brailford and linebacker Justin Phillips, most notably.

Moreover, this signing class for Oklahoma State football consisted of 21 commits. Eight of those 21 commits enrolled early. The last commit to sign his National Letter of Intent from this class was four-star Katy, TX, running back Deondrick Glass.
