Florida football has produced some of the most exciting and dominant players in college football history. Let’s take a look at the all-time depth chart.

For over 100 years, the Florida Gators have fashioned a rich and legendary football history and nurtured one of the most fervent fan bases in all of college football. During that century-plus of football games, the Gators have compiled 697 wins, 23 bowl wins, nine conference titles, three national championships and three Heisman trophy winners.

The Swamp, the Gator Chomp, Mr. Two Bits, the Gator Walk – indeed, it’s great to be a Florida Gator.

Few programs boast the success of the University of Florida because few programs have witnessed so many historic players walking through their halls. It stands to reason then that 350 of those who formerly wore the orange and blue have played in the NFL-ranks giving the Gators the 12th most all-time and third most in the history of the SEC.

From Florida’s first First-Team All-American Dale Van Sickle to their latest Heisman winner Tim Tebow, some of the greatest college football players ever to play the game called Gainesville home. Subsequently, creating an all-star depth chart is simultaneously simple and complicated. Simple because of the sheer number of great players from which to choose; complicated because choosing the definitive best from those great players is difficult.

Nevertheless, if an all-star team of former Gators was assembled, this would be the depth chart.
