Ohio State football doesn’t rebuild, it reloads. These five players are relative unknowns around the nation, but that won’t last long.

Last season no one expected Dwayne Haskins to become the star he is today. The quarterback was a relative unknown to those who did not follow the Buckeyes.

Now Haskins is a household name after his lone season as the starting quarterback.

The Buckeyes had nine players selected in the 2018 NFL Draft, leaving plenty of holes to fill on the team. Quarterback for one.

Surely, everyone is expecting Justin Fields to have a breakout year for Ohio State. That is a given when you factor in the hype the transfer from Georgia has received.

There are more players than Fields who will step up for the Buckeyes in 2019. Let’s look at some potential breakout candidates.
