Gary Patterson touches on quarterbacks

Gary Patterson was asked a question about quarterback situation and mentioned that with all six have different strengths to room and that he wouldn’t handicap the competition one way or the other.

Moreover, he mentioned that he hasn’t heard anything from NCAA regarding Ohio State transfer Matthew Baldwin’s waiver application for transfer.

Sticking with quarterbacks, Patterson was asked about health of Justin Rogers and Michael Collins after dealing with injuries last year and he said that the former was 90 percent and the latter was full speed.

Patterson was asked how does his unit plan to grow defensively and he stressed that you have to replace players who depart due to NFL draft and that is hard to do with young players.
