4. Tennessee can’t keep losing, can they?

The Tennessee Volunteers are the laughing stock of the SEC. After a terrible home-loss to Georgia State, the Volunteers followed it up by another bad performance at home to BYU.

Optimists would say that the Georgia State game was a fluke and simply caused by the fact that it was the first match of the season. He would then say that BYU is a good team and that it took double overtime to win. Lastly, he would point out that both games were decided by a total of five points.

But, were talking about Georgia State and BYU.

Third time’s a charm, right? Surely, Jeremy Pruitt won’t lose a third game straight. I truly don’t think it’s possible that Tennessee loses to Chattanooga, an FCS opponent, and go down 0-3 at home to start the season. However, with how low the morale must be in that locker room, it’s not going to be the blowout it should be.
