The Skinny

Auburn sits at 3-0, but the Tigers are about to enter a brutal stretch on their schedule starting this Saturday in College Station against Texas A&M. Four of Auburn’s next five games are on the road, including games against Florida and LSU to go along with the matchup with the Aggies.

Florida had an impressive come-from-behind victory over Kentucky, but it suffered a devastating loss in the process with Feleipe Franks dislocating his ankle and being lost for the season. Kyle Trask filled in admirably, but now the Gators’ hopes of competing with Georgia in the SEC East rest on his shoulders.

Memphis is another of the quality programs in the AAC, and the Tigers will hope to get another crack at UCF in the AAC Championship Game this year, hoping for a different result than last year. The Tigers could push for a New Year’s Six berth in their own right if they run the table from here.
