2. Wan’Dale Robinson is one heck of a weapon

Before Saturday’s game, Wan’Dale Robinson was an under-utilized weapon, but the freshman may have just earned himself a larger role on Saturday with 44 yards rushing and a touchdown on just seven carries to go along with seven receptions for 123 yards. He now has over 200 receiving yards and 146 rushing yards on the season.

Scott Frost may want to go with his other more proven backs in the backfield, but he has to like what he sees from Robinson.

The freshman was hard to corral for the Wildcats on Saturday afternoon and he was the game’s difference-maker, especially with Adrian Martinez leaving the game.

If Nebraska wants to fix its offensive woes of late, it’ll have to ride the hot hand of Robinson along with Martinez throughout the season. It looks like Frost has uncovered something in Lincoln that could be electric for years to come.
