Florida football knocked off Auburn last week and continues to Baton Rouge to take on the LSU Tigers. Here’s why the Gators will win.
Florida football had their first marquee win of the season. The defense was dominant again, and they were able to pull away from the Auburn Tigers and win 24-13.
It was the Gators most complete performance to date, with Kyle Trask being efficient in the air, Lamical Perine finally having a big game and the defense generating four turnovers.
They’ll face another Tigers this weekend, as Florida travel to Baton Rouge and take on LSU. A lot of people have appointed LSU as the top challenger to Georgia and Alabama early on, due to a new look, high-octane offense led by Heisman hopeful Joe Burrow.
But the Tigers may be in for a rude awakening Saturday, the Gators have proven can play with anybody, and here are the three reasons Florida will pull off the upset.
