2. Micale Cunningham has breathed life into this team

The quarterback formerly known as Malik has been impressive since taking over for Jawon Pass.

Micale Cunningham seems to be a game-changer for this Louisville offense and even in a game that he only attempted 10 passes, he was able to break 130 yards through the air and he rushed for another 97 yards and a touchdown. He was responsible for 21 offensive plays and accounted for over 220 yards and two touchdowns — not too shabby.

Cunningham has proved in the past month that he’s the most talented quarterback this team has, even when Pass is healthy.

Although Evan Conley has been an impressive backup to Cunningham, the sophomore just has a different feel to him. He looks like a guy who could help change the culture back to a winning one in Louisville.

The quarterback position is not an issue for the Cardinals and won’t be for quite some time.
