2. Kellen Mond totals 350 yards in three quarters

All the Kellen Mond haters were silent as he had a big game against Mississippi State last weekend and proved that he’s not the problem for the Aggies. He had 310 total yards and five touchdowns with no turnovers. It was a nice rebound from the Ole Miss game where he looked pedestrian, at best, passing the ball with two interceptions and one score.

Mond will have another big game against UTSA and he won’t even need to show up for the fourth quarter because the game will be far out of reach by then.

The junior quarterback will pass for 280 yards while rushing for another 70 and he’ll rack up four total touchdowns while leading the Aggies to a big lead. On top of that, he’ll complete at least 70 percent of his passes and he’ll look like one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC for a second straight week.

While a big game against UTSA won’t silence the doubters for good, it will at least put them to rest for another week as the third-year starter prepares for the home stretch in November.
