3. Anthony Gordon stays red hot

One of the biggest surprises of the year has been watching the evolution of Anthony Gordon. Gordon has flourished in the air raid offense and been one of the Pac-12 most prolific offensive weapons. Gordon may have struggled a bit against Oregon throwing two interceptions, but has been great all year for the Cougs.

The senior quarterback comes into November with 3,300 passing yards and 32 passing touchdowns in 2019. With 2019 being the only year that Gordon has started, he has played extremely well in this Mike Leach style of offense.

Anthony Gordon will go against some great defenses in November. Facing off against California first, Gordon will have a true test that could be even tougher than Oregon. The confidence that we have seen Gordon play with, he might not have the best matchups against these teams and I believe he will still play extraordinarily well.  Look for Gordon to have a huge November and get the Cougs to another bowl game.
