2. Baylor wins another one-score game

If there’s anything Baylor and TCU know, it’s one-score games. The Horned Frogs, as mentioned previously, have lost 2-of-3 games by one touchdown and the Bears are actually coming off a tight win at home on Halloween night. They also beat Texas Tech and Iowa State by three and two points, respectively.

This one will be close as well.

With Max Duggan playing the best football of his young career and emerging as the go-to guy under center, trusted by Gary Patterson, the Horned Frogs are going to put up a fight. They have some solid weapons as well at receiver and in the backfield. If you think this is going to be all Baylor, you’re mistaken.

On the other side, the Bears haven’t exactly imposed their will on anyone. They did beat Oklahoma State and Kansas State by double figures, but those games were tight throughout. This one, on the road, will be tight as well.

Baylor will rely on a last-minute touchdown pass by Charlie Brewer to take the lead and hold on to improve to 9-0.
