Texas A&M Football: 3 keys to victory vs. Oklahoma State in Texas Bowl
By Shelbie Warr
1. Shut down Chuba Hubbard and the Oklahoma State run game
This may be one of the most important keys for this Aggie team to get through this matchup and come out victorious on the other side. You are talking about a running back who was talked about in the Heisman conversation for much of the season.
This is not your run of the mill run game, this is a guy who makes people miss and can out-gain you 10-1 if you aren’t careful.
Of course, the Aggie run defense has been pretty stout so far this season. The downfall? They are missing Justin Madubuike now who was a huge disrupter at defensive tackle. He will be replaced by Bobby Brown and Jayden Peevy — both talented in their own right — but not what Madubuike was by any stretch and he may be hard if not impossible to replace.
